We are always seeking motivated research interested in our work to join our lab at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa! Come enjoy life in Honolulu while conducting cutting-edge research at the intersection of advanced wastewater treatment, analytical chemistry, and environmental health.
Graduate Students
The ideal candidate for graduate studies should have a BS or MS in civil and environmental engineering, environmental science, chemistry, or a related field. Prior experience with environmental analytical techniques, including chromatographic methods and/or mass spectrometry is preferred, but not required. Please email Dr. Marron with your CV and a writing sample if you are interested.
Undergraduate Students
We are excited to welcome undergraduate researchers to the lab. Our research is most applicable to students in civil and environmental engineering, environmental science, or chemistry, but we are open to considering students from many STEM fields. Opportunities to design your own UROP project and secure your own funding may be available. Please email Dr. Marron if you are interested.
